HOW WE STARTED

Bykski South Africa began in 2019 after BykskiZA’s director discovered the amazing results that water cooling can achieve on his PC, as well as the lack of water cooling support & products available in South Africa. After chatting with local water cooling modders as well as gamers, we discovered that there was an outcry for a local water cooling brand that would be affordable with quality products as well as remove the cost of having to import your water cooling gear.

Generally we dispatch our orders every afternoon, so if you can get your request in before 2PM, there is a good chance we can help you out before your order is dispatched.

Simply contact our support team at support@bykski.co.za or our chat bot in the bottom right of the website for assistance as soon as you possibly can. They will change the delivery address for you.

Overnight or same day delivery is dependent on where your shipping address is in relation to our warehouse. Please contact our support team to find out if same day or overnight is possible for your order. Please note: These options will incur an additional courier fee.

Contact our support team at support@bykski.co.za with a description of the error in your order or product. As long as your product falls under the warranty guidelines our support team will arrange collection of the faulty product & once the product is assessed by our technicians, a refund will be issued into your account.

Other than Bykski water cooling hardware, we do sell selected gaming & performance driven hardware from RAM to gaming chassis to graphics cards to motherboards from A-Tier brands such as MSI, Cougar Gaming and T-FORCE.
