BYKSKI Warranty & Returns Policy

BYKSKI products that are purchased directly from bykski.co.za shop may be returned by Customer in accordance with BYKSKI¬†“Return Policy”:

  • Products with a return request for credit due to incorrect purchase decision must be received within¬†7 days of invoice date¬†in an unaltered and undamaged state. Only packaging can be opened, the product must not have any traces of use. Customer will be charged¬†up to 15%¬†restocking fee if processing costs occur during reprocessing at BYKSKI.
  • BYKSKI will not demand a restocking fee for returned products that are defective. A qualified BYKSKI technician will test each returned product for defects and issue appropriate action as agreed with the customer via the¬†RMA communication at support@bykski.co.za.
  • Warranty is void if a product has been tampered with in a way in which it was not designed for. Misuse, modification, handling damage¬†(i.e. dropping) will void any warranty. Returned items must be in ¬Ľlike new¬ę condition. Returns will¬†not be accepted without an authorized email¬†requesting shipping to the warehouse, which is valid for 7 days after being issued.
  • When the RMA request is opened, it is mandatory for a customer,¬†to send good quality photos or video, where the damage or faulty function is clearly visible/audible via email to¬†support@bykski.co.za.¬†

BYKSKI products that are purchased directly from bykski.co.za shop may be swopped out/or refunded in accordance with BYKSKI Warranty Policy:

  • The regular warranty covers pump failures or anything else that might happen in regular use scenarios. This warranty is not voided by opening a block and cleaning it. While most of the water cooling manufacturers either give 1 year of warranty or less, BYKSKI offers a market-leading¬†2-year warranty unless specified otherwise to show how confident we are in the quality of our products.

Shipping Charges for Returns & Warranties:

BYKSKI provides shipping to the sender only. Unless otherwise noted, shipping on products and returns is nonrefundable, and returning a product comes at the expense of the customer.

Damaged Items during delivery: All shipping packages are insured. If you receive a damaged package, you must notify us immediately by e-mail. Sending back damaged merchandise voids the shipping insurance and no credit will be given. Damaged packages must be held for up to several days with original packaging for courier’s company inspection. Once resolved we will send you new products at courier’s expense. 

Customers will be responsible for return shipping charges on merchandise. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. This is analogous to paying for fuel to drive a product back to a store you bought from to return it. Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier. Valid proof of delivery must include the receipt signature of an authorized employee.

What should I do if my product stops working?

Contact Bykski support team at support@bykski.co.za with all details relating to your product’s issue as well as images/videos (where applicable) for one of our technicians to assess.

If there is an issue with my order, how long do I have to return it?

Depending on the issue this can differ. If you have noticed that you purchased the incorrect product Рthen Products with a return request for credit due to incorrect purchase decision must be received within 7 days of invoice date in an unaltered and undamaged state. If it is an issue with a Bykski water cooling component that was a manufacturer’s defect – then it will fall under Bykski’s industry leading 2 year warranty & will be replaced at no expense to you.

Who should I speak to if I am experiencing issues with my order/products?

Please send an email to our support team at support@bykski.co.za – they will then either assist you with your issue weather it is account related or technical related.

What happens if my order is damaged on delivery?

If you find out that one or multiple products you have ordered are damaged on delivery please immediately contact Bykski SA support at support@bykski.co.za

Our support team will work with you for a solution to rectify the situation with a replacement unit ASAP.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong item?

Simply contact our support team at support@bykski.co.za they will then make your desired changes to your order if it has not been dispatched yet.

What should I do if an item I purchased isn't compatible with my loop?

Email our support team at support@bykski.co.za and inform them of the compatibility issue, they will then begin to arrange collection of the incorrect product
